| changed black leggings of the necromancer so that they will once
again use my original weight spcial, which did not involve pockets
but simply lessened your encumbrance while you had them on. Also
made it so that you cannot remove them if it would push your current
capacity % past 100.
unlike with cargo pants, the modifier does not go up the more you
carry, but it also doesn't go down the less you carry, so it's a
flat percentage cut off of whatever your current carried weight is.
i'm not going to change cargo pants cause they make more sense
thematically in their current form, but since i was originally going
to make fraenz pants work this way, i'm going to go ahead and change
them back.
the percentage is obviously still less than it is on cargo pants,
but fraenz pants are less of a 'heavy loot' eq and more of a 'help
dodgers' eq. :P |

| oh, i forgot to say, if your fraenz pants have eq in them when you
log in, you will be able to take it out ust fine. you will not,
however, be able to put things in anymore.
