| I might be wrong but feels like this skill is abit outdated and useless.
Seems to me that it only restores sp/ep for the people that are out of combat which pretty much never happens since you can now regen in combat and use potions. It can only be used while standing still and it seems to have same problem as other party songs which is that voice of strength does not effect it, so it fails alot even when people are out of combat. So my suggestion would be to remove the requirement that people need to be out of combat to be effected.

| It generally always works fine for me, whether party members are in or out of combat, right there in the room or over a distance. |

In that case it must suffer from the same problem as all the other party songs, that voice of strength does not effect it one bit. I was spamming party status during eq to see if anyone got restored by it, and i hardly saw anybody getting effected. Did a test later with a navstone maker, unraveller and one more sp/ep user that were all standing in the same room, and that effected my grank way more than using it during eq parties. |

| if voice of strength is the mastery that lets you do dsongs, then it definitely affects soothing melodies. you don't have a very high chance to affect party members who aren't in the room, that's true, but you do have some chance. |
