| made some changes to funeral march. in theory they should work, i
don't have time to test them right this second so if someone finds a
bug go ahead and flag me down when you see me online or mudmail
venetian whose mail i'm more likely to read than anyone else's.
the way funeral march should work now is that the skill is
instantaneous. however, the healing is not. for 3 rounds you will
sing the epic tale of the battle, and at the end of those 3 rounds,
you will get the healing (and guild points). if you break use
(getting stunned, starting a new spell or skill, or manually use
'use stop' or 'cast stop', you will not finish the funeral march,
you will be out 2 gold, you will not get grank, you will not get
healing.
as of right now, for the 3 rounds that you're singing the tale, you
have the ability to move about as you normally would with a bard
song. if you're soloing or tanking as bard and you use funeral
march, obviously the same rules would apply as with a regular bard
song and moving during the 3 rounds you're singing the tale would
interrupt your story.
