use, it'll tell you it's in use. also made funeral march like
soothing melodies in that if you are using it, you can't cast any
spells or use any skills. you can 'cast stop' or 'use stop' to stop
the effects, and then ast a spell. or you can move (in the case of
soothing melodies)
