| made throwing art affect the accuracy of your throws where it
concerns special effects. it has more of an effect than deadly
accuracy (which is generally how things work). however, i also
reduced teh base chance of random effects, which in turn means that
even though throwing art adds more to your chance of getting a hit,
the overall effect is the same. a high level juggler with deadly
accuracy and throwing art should notice no difference. a high level
juggler who didn't train throwing art will notice a difference, and
a low level juggler who skips throwing art will notice a
difference. |
