| updated some nether mage stuff. ceb should do more damage, the sp from
peb/ceb will always affect the nther themself, and in a party also affect
hte lowest sp member (as long as it isn't the nether again). lowered peb to
3 rounds but increased the damage so it might be a slight uptune on damage,
at least it shouldn't be lower in theory. |
