| i just wanted to explain why the halo suddenly is damaging you all
throughout the day, and why i'm not gonna reduce the damage.
for one thing, cebcurg goofed the code on it originally, and it only
damaged you if you had less life than
the amount of damage it was going to do. in other words, the only
time anyone saw the special is either
when it was killing them or when they were already dead. i think
it's safe to say that was not intentional.
for another thing, that piece gives really frickin' nice bonuses and
even if there was a top lurker piece for
every armor and weapon slot, you would STILL get to wear the halo
because it makes up its own armor slot. in my
opinion, there should definitely be a price to pay for something that awesome.
and lastly, it won't actually kill you outright, so it's not like
you're gonna idle to death with it. |
