| I made focus chi dependent on mastery of chi as well as meditation. It should be no amount better if you have both, but it will be worse if you only have meditation. My thoughts on this are three-fold:
1) Focus Chi is really good, so it should be harder to master.
2) It bridges mystic warriors and dragonfist fighter a little more
(and gives you more incentive to go into mystic warriors at lower
levels).
2) Focus Chi... come on, Mastery of Chi is a really obvious mastery.
