| made a change to dragon forms. we'll see how it goes (meaning, i'm not sure i'll leave it this way).
it should be noted before anything else is said that one change requires a new form, while the other requires a new body.
the changes are as such:
protective abjurations cannot be put on dragon lords. for now that's pretty much everything, but some things i might have to revisit. this is not to say that attack abjurations (vulns and such) won't work on dragons, just not protective ones.
second change:
healing on dragons (just dragons, not other shifter forms) cannot be done by non-dragons at all, and can only be done via mend beast, balsamic bestial bath, and groom. again, this may be revisited later, but for now that's how it works.
healing effect is begun on a new shift, abjuration effect requires a new body |

| Pretty big tune, would probably be nice to give secondary abj's a free reinc. |

| if any shifters have 2ndary abj and they want a free reinc, i will give it to them provided that they reinc back into shifter. if they're just going to reinc out they can do it on their own. |
