| Instead of being charged for sps when you cast a spell that is
already technically up, it will now just give you a message telling
you that it's already up and stopping you from recasting it.
It's possible that Daneel will decide to undo that change. |

| I should point out that I have no issue with him undoing it. The
only reason I made the change is that it seemed like an oversight
rather than intent. |

There was a bug that prevents anyone to cast any of the DoT spells.
This has been fixed. If any of the spells does not seem fixed, drop
Vor or me a mail. Thanks. |

| i fixed the one or two that didn't work after iru's fix (or, more
correctly, worked too well). they should all work now. |
