| made inflict harm affect more damage stuff than just what is in the
harmer guild itself. basically any sort of harming done by harmers
(avatar specials, ritual of torture, dot and non-dot damage spells,
etc) is affected by inflict harm.
however, training inflict harm, as of right now, will never actually
get you to more damage than you used to do. also, not training
inflict harm will not result in 0 damage.
it's simply that inflict harm will affect all damage negatively if
you have not done well at training it. |
