| i undid my tune on harmer damage. while it got the effects that i
wanted, i worried that it crippled harmer damage too much for
purposes of parties and such.
i have lowered the special chances on avatar specials, and also
lowered the healing and protection value from massive scab. i will
potentially re-evaluate that later and re-up one or the other. |

Does this latter part include the chance for the shirija avoid death
and/or instakill special? |
