| reduced the damage from ritual of torture a bit. basing this tune on
a few factors:
1) average damage output for guilds like nether, evoker, and druid.
2) average damage output for ritual circles.
3) lack of harmer damage with <3 people
4) lack of harmer array of dtypes
as such, it is lower, but still much higher than other blaster
damage. i find this to be essential to harmers' ability to be useful
in eq parties, as they have a harder time being useful. |

| mitigated the change to bravo harmers cause they're already weaker
than omi harmers. so for bravo harmers, there's no difference
between yesterday and today. it only affects omi harmers. |
