| could we standardize the rate at which the 3 announce what they have
for sale? Rufrin shouts every 20mins, Gab every 30 and Bhakon is
random between 90 and 120mins.
maybe just create a separate channel (not sales) where all three can
battle it out. would reduce spam on sales and limit all other sales
spam info to 1 channel. |

| if i compare the non eq-for-gold spam to the spam from
rufrin/gab/bhakon, i am pretty sure the last 3 won't add up to
anywhere near as much. you can also ignore them if you want. i see
no reason to move them off of sales. |

i dont mind the spam. and like them where they are. the idea was to
standardize their shout time. i am happy with 1 shout per npc every
20mins or whatever you choose |
