i removed the negation of party colors. i have a reason for this, which is, quite simply: this is not a problem on any other channel. while, yes, people are more likely to be obnoxious with their colors/various ascii symbols on party channels for some unknown reason, the truth of the matter is that it is easy enough to use trigs to remove that stuff, and there's no reason to not let them do it. the creator of a mud channel (or owner of that channel) would have the right to change that channel's color. the creator/owner of party should have same rights. similarly, people who talk on myth/sales/etc are able to color their text without issue. my suggestion for those who are sick and tired of people having ridiculous colors/symbols in party channel messages is to do what i did befroe change: ask people to change them, and should they not comply, gag any party message they send. honestly the people with the more annoying ones generally don't have anything to say that's worth hearing anyway :0

btw, there is still a chan_party tag that will work for party names, but only if the name of the party does not have any color in it. if it has its own color, that will override the base chan_party setting. chan_party will work if there's no specific party name color.

Color setting for chan party is completely useless as is and i still think it's completely retarded to force players to use a particular color when there's no need for it to be that way. Guess i have been out-voted though.
