| changed bounty code regarding exp and arcade points.
in both cases rather than being X exp for mob levels A-F an so on,
now it's a gradual increase per mob level. also, arcade bounties no
longer max out before max mob level. ALSO also, exp bounties are a
little more productive on higher level mobs.
