| regarding the recent change that increased all hps/eps/sps by 1.5
and increased skill/spell cost by 1.5 and healin by 1.5, i have
moved the code around so that it can be all changed via one line of
code, and also decided that 1.5 was a bit arbitrary, so i increased
it to 2x.
things might be a little wonky til reboot. |
