| changed monster regen substantially. made it a bit more like player regen as far as things that can be applied to it via abjurations, and also made stuff like putrid drink / hemophilia work differently.
for now, there should be no change. at reboot, however, it will go into effect an we'll see what's what. it might be slihtly better regen on eq mobs, and also on familiars perhaps.
assuming it doesn't error, we'll see what needs tuning and what doesn't. |

| there's also a possibility that some mobs may not load properly after reboot, because i upped the number of global variables in monsters. if that happens, i will change those monsters on an individual basis (only one i can think of that might be an issue especially is wolf mobs) |
