| made some adjustments to the methodology used to determine how good
a race's stats are for purpose of the help file. what this means is
that if you check a help file, the race's stat category for a
particular stat may be the same, or 1 category higher or lower. it
looks pretty much the same to me, i just don't want you to think the
race got changed if you see a difference. stat values are teh same,
it's just that the formula i used to gauge usefulness is a little
