| I had a change of heart on Eq Repair Tickets. I made them able to
fix broken eq. I don't really see a reason for that limitation, and
the only considerable one is one that I'm sure can be specifically
dealt with rather than making it affect other items as well. |

| can no longer pyro rahal items
means you can't use tickets on them either
will probably make them pyroable again eventually when i can edit properly |

Rahal items can be pyro'd again. Eq repair tickets won't fix broken ones. |
