Seems that poison brewer lethal poisons give a seemingly forever-lasting message of "You feel like the poison lost some of its efficiency." every couple of minutes without ever decaying. Not sure if this is a bug or feature, but thought I'd mention it all the same (and yes this is for the "Small flask filled with a dark substance" poison that has not yet been applied and is occurring as I type with no poisons applied to any weapons at all).

it's a feature. it's letting you know that the poison is becoming weaker. eventually it will lose all of its efficiency.
