using stealth, then hide, then putting on my dragon belt (stealth
special) gives me 20% to my stealth, wearing my
belt, using stealth then hide gives 30%

i can't reproduce this. the order of using belt vs using stealth is
important, but only because the belt sets you
as having used stealth skill. it's kinda like a free use of it,
possibly with longer duration. if you wear
belt and then use stealth, nothing should happen when you use
stealth because youv'e already gotten bonus
from belt. all that happens really is that the duration gets
changed. if you use stealth first and then wear
belt, nothing will happen, again, other than duration changing.
tried going back and forth with belt/hide/stealth, and i only ever
got a bonus of 21% total, which is currect
(part of that is from the dex :))
